Kyle Huggins has spent more than 20 years in the construction industry, building a career grounded in safety, collaboration, and delivering complex projects from start to finish. As Vice President and Project Executive at NDC Construction, he provides executive oversight—from preconstruction planning through project closeout—on every project he leads.
Kyle navigates project challenges by working closely with clients and design partners, using teamwork and clear communication to stay ahead of issues before they escalate. He also collaborates with subcontractors to build lasting partnerships that deliver competitive pricing, quality craftsmanship, and consistent on-site performance.
He has managed projects ranging from renovations to complex, $59 million multi-story developments across a wide range of sectors. These cover everything from multifamily apartment communities, office buildings, and community centers, to assisted living facilities, health clinics, fire stations, and schools. Some of his notable projects include the Pirate City Training Facility, Palma Sola Elementary, Cedar Hammock Fire Station #4, Lake Maggiore Apartments, and Bradenton City Centre Garage, as well as active developments like Park Vista and Sara’s Studios.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction and a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition. His dedication to safety and excellence has made him an essential part of NDC’s project leadership.
