Program Overview
At NDC Construction, trust is the foundation of everything we build—not just in the structures that shape our communities, but in the relationships that sustain them. Trust from the Ground Up is NDC’s corporate philanthropy program and a reflection of our long-standing belief that integrity, service, and purpose create the strongest foundations of all.
This initiative formalizes NDC’s approach to investing in the communities in which we build. Guided by our core values of safety, integrity, excellence, relationships, teamwork, and evolution, we dedicate our time, talent, and resources to programs that strengthen lives and build opportunity across the region.
