Kevin Rihn brings nearly 30 years of finance and accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at NDC Construction, providing the strategic leadership needed to guide fiscal decision-making, support profitable growth, and ensure the company’s long-term financial health in a complex, project-driven industry.

Before joining NDC, Kevin held senior leadership positions at construction organizations ranging from $150 million to more than $700 million in annual revenue, with expertise spanning financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, organizational restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

Most recently, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance at S&B USA Construction, a Pittsburgh-based heavy civil and commercial contractor, where he aligned corporate strategy with executive leadership priorities and oversaw enterprise-wide cost initiatives and risk monitoring. He previously served as CFO of the same organization, acting as financial liaison on public-private partnership projects totaling more than $3 billion. Earlier in his career, Kevin held progressive leadership roles at dck worldwide and Dick Corporation, rising to Corporate Controller across a large, multi-subsidiary organization.

His collaborative approach and commitment to fiscal responsibility, shaped by decades of navigating ownership transitions, organizational change, and large-scale initiatives, position NDC for sustainable, long-term growth.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
