Josh Boyle brings more than 15 years of experience in construction safety to his role as Safety Director at NDC Construction. He leads company-wide initiatives focused on risk management, workforce training, and regulatory compliance, working closely with project teams to ensure safe, efficient operations from preconstruction through project completion.
His career spans high-rise construction, demolition, commercial development, multifamily housing, education, and municipal projects, giving him a broad perspective on the complexities of today’s construction environment. Josh began his career in New York City as a Licensed Concrete Safety Manager before earning his New York City Department of Buildings Site Safety Coordinator license. During that time, he contributed to some of the nation’s most complex high-rise construction and demolition projects, including the redevelopment of One World Trade Center.
A Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), OSHA Outreach Instructor, and First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor, Josh is passionate about advancing safety education and developing strong teams. Prior to entering the construction industry, he served six years in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT), where he developed the discipline, accountability, and leadership that continue to shape his approach today.
Since joining NDC Construction in 2023, Josh has helped strengthen the company’s culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, reinforcing NDC’s commitment to protecting its people while delivering exceptional projects for the communities it serves.
