Brando Fetzek brings more than 15 years of construction experience to his role as Vice President and Project Executive at NDC. He directs all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning through successful completion.
Working closely with clients and design teams, he coordinates budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and design reviews while ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Education projects hold special meaning for Brando, whose background was shaped by a family of lifelong educators. Brando has also led vital cultural venue projects, including the Manatee Performing Arts Center, Florida Studio Theatre, and Herrig Center for the Arts. He provided preconstruction services for the Bradenton Police Department Headquarters and is currently working on North River Fire District Station #06.
He is deeply engaged in the Manatee County area. He serves as Chairman of the Manatee Education Foundation, as a Director on the Board of Directors for Suncoast Credit Union and as Chairman of their Enterprise Risk Management Committee. He is also a graduate of Leadership Manatee.
Brando holds a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida, where he graduated Cum Laude, served as BCN Class President, and received the Outstanding Leadership Award.
