As Vice President of Business Operations, Jason plays a central role in guiding NDC’s enterprise-wide growth and project strategy. He guides business development efforts, marketing, and communication initiatives across many of NDC’s companies. Working closely with internal teams, partners, and clients, Jason aligns stakeholders around a shared vision and ensures projects are positioned for success from concept through completion.

In addition to his business operations role, Jason also serves as President of NDC Asset Management, overseeing commercial property management across seven states, and as President of NDC Commercial Real Estate and NDC Realty, leading commercial and residential real estate services across the region. Together, these roles reflect his enterprise-level perspective and ability to connect development strategy and marketing with long-term asset performance.

Through this integrated leadership, Jason helps drive NDC’s 360 Project Delivery model, ensuring seamless alignment between development, construction, real estate strategy, and asset management. His approach brings clarity, continuity, and confidence to clients and partners alike.

Since joining NDC Construction in 2003, Jason has helped lead signature projects, including Nine20 Manatee Apartments, SpringHill Suites Bradenton, and the Bradenton City Centre Garage, as well as meaningful community and civic projects such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County’s DeSoto campus, the Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of Manatee County facilities. His portfolio also includes athletic facilities, higher-education institutions, and cultural venues that serve as long-term community assets.

Jason holds an MBA from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional, reflecting his commitment to thoughtful, sustainable development.
