His career includes leadership roles at major firms. Most notable among these is his nearly three decades at BBL Construction Services in Albany, New York, where he rose from Assistant Project Manager to Vice President. His portfolio includes large-scale, complex projects such as a 250-room hotel with an attached 35,000-square-foot indoor waterpark for Six Flags, as well as a 1-million-square-foot luxury multifamily development featuring two ten-story towers with 424 units.
In his role at NDC Construction, John provides leadership and strategic direction across multiple projects. He oversees project managers, manages client relationships, and ensures strong financial performance while navigating risk throughout the project lifecycle.
