Karla Krause brings more than 25 years of experience across accounting, staff management, and customer service to NDC Construction. As the company’s Director of Human Resources, Karla supports strategic initiatives companywide, including those focused on people, culture, and technology. 

Since joining NDC in 2018 as both a human resources professional and assistant controller,  Karla has helped shape the company’s personnel programs, policies, and employee experience while also supporting critical accounting and operational functions. As the company grew, so did her role, and in 2021, Karla assumed responsibility as NDC’s information technology liaison, helping advance the technology infrastructure that supports the construction environment. In 2026, she was promoted to NDC’s Director of Human Services and is the first female to serve on the executive team.

Karla holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Her commitment to NDC’s people and organizational excellence helps ensure the company continues to foster a workplace where employees can thrive and deliver exceptional results for clients and partners.
