BRADENTON, Fla.—August 3, 2026—NDC Construction’s Project Manager, Madison Bittner, has been selected for the Manatee Chamber Foundation and Bradenton Kiwanis’ Leadership Manatee Class of 2026-2027.
Over the last 40 years, Leadership Manatee has given local professionals a deeper understanding of the area’s opportunities, challenges, and civic landscape. The program is designed to build informed, engaged leaders who are committed to strengthening the community through service and collaboration. Students are selected based on demonstrated leadership within their organizations and communities.
“We are so pleased to see Madison continue to take on leadership roles in her personal and professional life,” said Les Snyder, President and CEO of NDC Construction. “Her natural ability to lead projects and connect with people makes her an asset not only to our company, but also to the broader community. She is going to make an exceptional addition to Leadership Manatee.”
Bittner joined NDC in 2022 and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. She has supported many notable projects statewide, including the construction of the Bradenton Police Department headquarters in Bradenton, Fairlawn Village in Orlando, and Monroe Place in Sanford. Bittner is currently working on the construction of North River Fire District Stations #3 in Ellenton and #6 in Parrish. She also volunteers for Feeding Empty Little Tummies in Manatee County.
Bittner joins several colleagues who have also completed the Leadership Manatee program, including the company’s most recent graduate, Controller Jordan Touro, Class of 2025-2026.
