It was created to deliver attainable workforce housing in downtown Bradenton for local professionals in education, healthcare, public safety, and other essential industries.
Because Nine20 was developed, built, and is now managed within the same NDC family of companies, continuity was maintained from concept through completion. With development, construction, asset management, and commercial real estate aligned, decisions were made with long-term performance in mind.
That integration helped the project withstand cost escalation and market pressure without losing its original purpose. Today, Nine20 remains a stabilized workforce housing community, actively managed by NDC Asset Management with commercial space supported by NDC Commercial Real Estate.
