Adam Phillips has been a valued member of the NDC Construction team for more than 26 years. As Vice President, Contracts and Risk Management, he oversees contract and subcontract matters, along with adherence to processes and implementation for risk management across the company. His work extends across NDC’s diverse market sectors, from sports complexes and academic facilities to healthcare and community projects. This wide-ranging experience has made him uniquely qualified to lead these critical functions for the company.

Since joining NDC Construction in 1999, Adam has worked on numerous notable projects, including Del Prada Apartments, Goodwill Corporate Center, Riversong Apartments, and the Bradenton City Centre Garage. 

His expertise in various contracting methods has enabled him to coordinate between preconstruction and operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while also achieving NDC’s high quality standards. This approach has contributed to the success of projects across the company’s broad portfolio.

Adam earned a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and holds LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. He is also a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition.
