As Vice President and Project Executive at NDC Construction, Chris Gray has spent more than 13 years managing projects throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast. From preconstruction through closeout, he oversees every aspect of the project while keeping communications flowing between everyone involved. His proactive approach solves problems before they arise, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
Since joining NDC Construction in 2012, he’s managed some of the region’s most notable projects—including Bradenton Police Headquarters, Nine20 Manatee Apartments, Skyway Lofts Apartments, Sweetwater Villas, and renovations at LECOM Park.
His strength lies in handling the details that keep projects moving. This includes coordinating subcontractors, controlling costs, and ensuring documentation stays current throughout construction. It’s detailed work that requires both technical know-how and strong relationships, and Chris excels at both.
With a portfolio that covers a range of sectors, additional projects Chris has delivered include the West Manatee Fire Station, the Manatee County District Cooling Plant, the DeSoto Boys & Girls Club, and the Goodwill Corporate Center.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and is OSHA 30-hour certified. His collaborative approach and clear communication have made him a dependable partner for clients throughout the region.
