Community is NDC Construction Company’s number one priority, whether it be in the projects we build or in the support we provide. Our philosophy is that building a better community, starts with helping the people that need our help most. Each year, NDC Construction Company assists over 40 local non-profits through sponsorships and donations. Internally, we foster a culture of support and involvement by encouraging our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance and to strengthen their ties to the community through volunteering.
