Les Snyder is an accomplished construction executive with more than four decades of experience leading major infrastructure and commercial projects across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. His portfolio includes high-profile developments in healthcare, transportation, defense, and entertainment—ranging from theme parks and cruise ports to high-speed rail and government facilities.

A civil engineer by training, Les began his career with Dick Corporation and quickly advanced through project management and business development roles. Over the years, he has held executive leadership positions at firms including Mellon Stuart, PJ Dick/Trumbull, American Bridge, Barton Malow, and i+icon USA. His project leadership has spanned complex environments such as Disney’s Castaway Cay, launch pads at Cape Canaveral, and infrastructure upgrades at the Norfolk Naval Station during and after 9/11.

Most recently, Les served as Executive Vice President of Construction for Brightline West, the $12 billion high-speed rail project connecting Las Vegas and Southern California. His strategic oversight helped position the project as the first true high-speed, all-electric passenger rail system in the country.

Les is a nationally recognized voice in the industry and served as the 2023 National President of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He also chaired AGC’s Climate Change Task Force, where he led national efforts to advance sustainability within the construction sector.
