With Bradenton’s rapid population growth, the demand for new housing continues to rise. Bringing this beautiful apartment community to downtown would not only add 216 new residential units but would also advance the city’s drive to enhance the revitalized area.

In partnership with Hatfield Development and Lindell Investments, NDC Development led the initial planning and design of the ShoreView project, with NDC Construction completing its build. This coordination across NDC companies ensured consistency, quality, and accountability throughout the project.

Located on the south bank of the Manatee River, the resort-style community features five four-story buildings spread across 13 acres. The community accommodates both market-rate renters and workforce families through “The Springs,” an affordable housing program.
