When the City of Kissimmee developed its vision for the future, it included a dynamic downtown where residents can live, work, and enjoy the beauty that the region has to offer. Working with Mosaic Development and NDC Construction, this vision took its first step toward reality with the opening of this new living community. 

Located on the former site of the Hansel Power Plant, Mosaic at Lake Toho is a four-story luxury apartment building. Set on 8.5 acres, it provides easy access to a waterfront park and marina on Lake Toho, with a SunRail station within walking distance.

The building offers 288 apartments in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. Its premium amenities include a two-level fitness center, a yoga room, and a resort-style community pool with outdoor kitchen facilities on its accompanying deck. In addition, there are dedicated co-working spaces, a clubhouse, and electric vehicle charging stations. 

To support downtown activity, NDC Construction built a separate three-story, 393-space parking garage on behalf of the city, serving both residents and visitors.

Bringing this project to fruition was not without its challenges. Construction took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to difficulties with acquiring the necessary materials and resources. Despite these obstacles, NDC Construction successfully delivered the project, creating a vibrant community that anchors downtown Kissimmee’s waterfront.
